These terms govern your use of essentiate.digital, operated by Essentiate Digital, Adyar, Chennai, India. By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to them.

What this site offers

This site describes the Essentiate Growth System and lets you request a free digital maturity score and a conversation with our team. Requesting a score or booking a call places no obligation on you, and creates no client relationship until a separate written agreement is signed by both parties.

The maturity score

The score is an informed assessment of your public digital presence, offered to help you make decisions. It is provided in good faith and as guidance. It is not a warranty of results, and any action you take on it remains your decision.

The subscription is governed separately

Any paid engagement, including the Growth Pro and Growth Premium plans, the pricing shown, the ninety-day performance promise, and the scope of work, is governed by the separate Growth System subscription agreement signed at the start of an engagement. Prices and inclusions on this site are indicative and may change. The signed agreement prevails over anything stated here.

Acceptable use

• Provide accurate details when you submit a form.
• Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit unlawful or infringing content.
• Do not use the site to send automated or bulk submissions.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and framework on this site, including the maturity model and the Plan, Implement, Engage approach, belong to Essentiate Digital. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Liability

We work to keep the information here accurate and the site available, but we provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on the score. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
