Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 July 2026

This policy explains how Essentiate Digital (“we”, “us”), a digital engagement consultancy based in Adyar, Chennai, India, handles personal information collected through essentiate.digital. We keep this short and plain, because that is how we work.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us or what your browser sends automatically:

  • Details you submit through our forms: your name, work email, website URL, the plan you are considering, and anything you write in the message field.
  • Usage data gathered by analytics and advertising tools: pages viewed, time on page, approximate location, device and browser type, referral source, and campaign identifiers.
  • Your public website, which we analyse to produce your maturity score. This is a review of publicly available pages, not access to any private system of yours.

Why we collect it

  • To produce and send your digital maturity score and speak with you about it.
  • To respond to enquiries and manage our engagement if you become a client.
  • To understand how our marketing performs and to improve this page.
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Cookies and tracking

We use analytics and advertising tools, which may include Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. These set cookies or similar identifiers to measure traffic and campaign performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Declining them does not stop you from using this page.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this operation, for example our analytics, advertising, email, and customer-management tools, and only so they can perform those functions for us. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the life of the engagement plus the period our legal and tax obligations require. If you never become a client and ask us to delete your details, we will.

Your rights under the DPDP Act

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to access, correct, or erase your personal information, and you may withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email info@essentiate.com and we will act on it within a reasonable period.

Security

We apply reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we treat your details with care.
